TechnologyOne consulting
Deep specialisation in TechnologyOne products, solutions and methodologies — configuration, extension and the integration work that sits around the platform.
Software engineering consultancy · Brisbane
agileSE is a specialist consultancy working across TechnologyOne, enterprise integration and Microsoft Azure. Hands on keyboard, in your systems, from requirements through to production support.
Services
Engagements are scoped around a system that needs to exist or a system that needs to get better. Every one of them ends with something running in your environment.
Deep specialisation in TechnologyOne products, solutions and methodologies — configuration, extension and the integration work that sits around the platform.
Service-based integration between enterprise systems, built to be observable and supportable rather than a fragile point-to-point mesh.
Map the process as it actually runs, remove the manual handoffs that cost the most, and automate what is left with something the business can maintain.
Microsoft Azure design and delivery: containers, CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, observability and cost control on infrastructure that is reproducible by design.
Business process mapping, requirements analysis and documentation that engineering can build from and stakeholders can actually sign off on.
Key user and business user training, plus hands-on uplift for in-house technical teams so capability stays with you after the engagement closes.
Approach
The name is a commitment to how the work runs. Three rules do most of the load-bearing.
Long-running branches hide risk. Work lands continuously, behind flags where it needs to be, so course corrections stay cheap.
Progress is measured by what runs in production, not by what a document claims is on track.
Engagements end when the system works and your team can maintain it — not when the last invoice clears.
About
agileSE has operated from Brisbane since 2014, delivering enterprise consulting to organisations across Australia. The practice pairs deep TechnologyOne specialisation with cloud and software engineering, primarily in the Microsoft Azure domain.
A large share of that work has been process integration engineering for government and large enterprise — designing and building the services that let systems exchange data reliably, and the automation that removes the manual steps around them. That history is where the bias toward service-based architecture comes from.
Engagements are delivered remotely across Australia.
Open source
Most client work is proprietary and stays that way. Where a component is general enough that keeping it closed serves nobody, agileSE opens it — applications and utilities released under an open source licence and maintained afterwards rather than published once and abandoned.
The practice also supports the open source community it depends on, sending fixes upstream to the tools used on engagements instead of carrying private patches. Working in public keeps the standard honest: released code gets the same review, testing and release discipline as anything delivered under contract.
